Mark has been in the forefront of distance music learning for many years and he now does the majority of his teaching via the internet. When Mark is in Australia he teaches his Christchurch School of Music students over the internet and both Mark and his students find the great results they achieve very exciting .
Mark also teaches many students in regional and outback Australia over the internet and great musical things are achieved and great friendships are formed.

Mark’s Sydney teaching studio is in Hunter Street, Hornsby, just a short walk away from the train station. Mark has a small number of regular Sydney students and he is also happy to give people occasional lessons.

In Christchurch
Mark is the Artistic Advisor at his old music school, The Christchurch School of Music. He teaches over 60 clarinet and saxophone students there aged 8 to over 80. When Mark is back in Australia he continues to teach many of these students over the internet and it will come as no surprise for anyone who knows Mark that the clarinet and saxophone are both alive and very well at the Christchurch School of Music.
