Mark and Jo Walton are again honoured to be CSI partners of Xstrata Coal for 2010 and continue to develop and run specialised music programmes for children in the Upper Hunter area.
40 young Xstrata Coal Rising Stars have lessons from Mark online or by phone. The children are all making huge progress and love their music and their parents are involved too. Mark runs ensemble sessions and concerts.
Our third Power of Music Festival featuring hundreds of children singing and playing will be held on 11th September 2010

The children play flute, clarinet, trumpet, alto saxophone, tenor saxophone or trombone and attend the following schools:
